Cheesy Omelettes



  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Preferred Vegetables
  • 1 pinch of black pepper 
  • 20 ml of Arla lacto free dairy milk 
  • 30G of Arla grated Cheddar Cheese 


1- In a bowl, add the eggs, teh grated cheese, the vegetables, salt and pepper and beat vigorously.

2- Heat a frying pan over a fairly high heat and when it’s hot, pour the egg mixture.

3-Spread the mixture and allow it to cook for a while then flip over to cook the other side too. 

4- Remove the pan from the heat, add more cheese to the center and fold the omelet over to serve. 

Let Dad enjoy it with toasted bread and a glass of juice! 



  •  1 cup of cold Arla butter chunks
  • 4 tablespoons of Arla butter, melted
  • 6 Arla cheese slices 
  •  ¾ cup of warm Dano milk
  • 4 cups of all purpose flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 pack of active dry yeast 
  • ½ cup of warm water


1- In a large bowl , combine the flour, sugar and salt.

2-Cut in butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

3-In another bowl, dissolve yeast in hot water, add to the crumb mixture.

4-Add milk and egg. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight

5-Divide dough into 4 equal portions

6-on a lightly floured surface, roll 1 potion into a 12 inch circle.

7-Brush with 1 tablespoon melted butter, cut into 12 triangles

8-Cut Arla Sandwich slices and arrange on the triangle dough

9-Start rolling, an place on greased baking sheets

10-Repeat the process with the remaining dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about an hour. 

11-Baked at 375* for 10-12min until golden brown.
